From the Main page GO TO “NEW OWNER REGISTRATION" on the left hand side of the page.
A: Fill Out "USERNAME"
B: Fill Out "EMAIL ADDRESS"
C: Type In Provided Security Code

OWNER LOGIN (type in your username and password)

1) Go to Manage Properties 
Click on GREEN PLUS SIGN and this will take you to the ADD PROPERTY TAB, which has 5 separate areas to complete in the add property form. (1-Property 2-Photos 3-Rates 4-Calendar 5-Payment Tab)
Property Overview (Property Details)
Property Code should be generated from your rental address. Ex: 3655 Pebble Beach Road would be "PB3655"

2) After filling in all the information on the Property Overview click the orange “Add Property” on the bottom of the page   to save your property form and proceed onto the Photos tab. By default the script allows the upload of a single photo to each property listing.    After you buy your package, you can edit the photo section and add more photos (10 total ) according to the package purchase and then you may update or replace your photos as much as you like.  

In order to edit your property under manage properties you MUST click on the far left blank box at which time it will place a GREEN CHECK MARK IN THE BOX and it will then box will be surrounded in the color RED. After which you must click on the Pencil ICON at the far right of the screen under the options box.  

Pencil ICON will allow you to edit your property.

3) Next go to the Payment tab, buy the base package and after completing the payment process via PayPal, the base package purchase will show in the My Plans list.

4) Under the Assign Plan to Current Property, then go to My Plans, select the package and assign the property code to your package.

5 ) Now you can go back edit your property listing (add more photos, update rates, etc-) as much as you like according to your package plan specifications.
